Consulate General of Republic of Indonesia (consulate) in Osaka have opened post the information service and complaint hotline for citizens of Indonesia since the disaster on Friday, March 11, 2011.

Osaka consulate hotline number is +81-6-6252-9827 and open 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) has also opened a hotline complaint or post tsunami victims in Japan that can be accessed through the PMI website and phone number 021-7992325 ext 401/408 starting today, Sunday (03/13/2011).
